Titan neoprene knee sleeves are 7mm thick .  Not only great for  RAW lifters but any lifter looking for added support as well as to help keep the knees (or elbow) warm during a workout.
The x-small size knee sleeve can also serve as a great elbow sleeve for lifters in the 198 lb weight class or higher.
